Our match process was extremely fast, which we really appreciated as we’d experienced a challenging loss and immoral practices with our first journey with a different agency.
We have already shared feedback on our first YFA coordinator who made several missteps in our work together, including mixing us up with another couple during the legal process, which resulted in a several week delay. We were grateful for the opportunity to switch to a more experienced coordinator who has been very responsive and helpful at each step. “Overall our communication with the agency has been helpful. We appreciated the referral to our lawyer in FL who has been great to work with. They have also been timely in communicating with Seed Trust and the company that reviews medical policies.
We have had a number of questions about medical insurance that understandably the agency is not able to really advise on, but has done their best. For example, we still don’t have a good sense of how much we will owe in medical expenses for our surrogate.”
