We had set out to work with a large well-known agency for our first journey but when that didn’t work out as quickly as we had hoped, we found this smaller agency that was everything we needed and gave us personal attention, and surprisingly little to no wait time to be shown profiles of candidates, and shortly after successfully matched. We were completely blown away that the profiles that were shown to us from the start were quality candidates that were in line with what we had expressed we were looking for. Nothing on our list did they say was unreasonable or not possible. We felt understood, respected and they literally made our dream come true.”
